2. Pastikan segala pembayaran adalah kepada Real Estate Agent tersebut ataupun lawyer yang dilantik.

Elakkan bayaran terus kepada tuan rumah 

3. Simpan resit pembayaran booking atau Earnest Deposit. 

4. Diikuti dengan perjanjian pembelian (Agreement to Purchase = ATP) dan ditandatangani pembeli dan tuan rumah. 

5. Pastikan anda faham terma dan syarat perjanjian seperti jika berlakunya cancellation perjanjian ATP oleh pembeli atau pemilik sebelum SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) ditandatangani.

6. Fikir dengan tenang dan buat keputusan yang betul serta yakin sebelum membayar booking.
