Step by step to request for your CCRIS report or register for eCCRIS to get your CCRIS report

Members of the public may also request for their CCRIS report or register for eCCRIS via eLINK (https://telelink.bnm.gov.my/) by 

1) submitting the completed forms ( fill out your details) and supporting documents as per this link:

2) Submit the Form and documents to https://telelink.bnm.gov.my/

3) Select Enquiry , eCCRIS application

4) Upload all documents requested and form 

5) Submit
