*Procedure of selling house*
1) 3% of selling price paid to GS Realty Sdn Bhd .
3% deposit paid , i will issued a booking form , buyer have to process loan , if loan approval , we will proceed to lawyer part .
If loan rejected , our company will refundable deposit to buyer , if due to CCRIS or CTOS , if will not refundable.
*3% not belong to anybody , our company just stakeholders only , loan approval , go to Lawyer part , sign S&P only successful to deal this case .Only successful deal , company entitled to take the commission*
2) 7% of selling price paid by buyer by cash or cheque to Lawyer , lawyer will paid to Owner during sign S&P agreement
3) After sign S&P , the lawyer will claim cash and bank which already approve within 3 months +1 month.
